Four-star guard Addison Patterson verbally committed to Oregon and reclassified to the 2019 recruiting class.
“I’m 100 percent committed to the University of Oregon,” the 6-foot-6 shooting guard from Scottsdale, Ariz., said Sunday at a press conference.
The standout from Bella Vista Prep is ranked No. 42 overall by the 247Sports Composite. He is also No. 2 in the state of Arizona and No. 4 among shooting guards nationwide.
Patterson had also considered Arizona State, Illinois and Southern California.
He is the Ducks’ second late addition this month. Last week, coach Dana Altman’s program landed five-star center N’Faly Dante from Wichita, Kan.
